Sylph Magazine: Cancellation and Refund Policy


This post outlines our policy on cancellations and refunds for both subscriptions and slot bookings.

Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Please note: Cancellations must be submitted 10 day prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

There are two main ways to cancel your subscription:

  •  Online: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “Subscriptions” section. You should see an option to cancel your subscription there.
  •  Email:  You can also send a cancellation request by email to [sylphmagazine@gmail.com]. Please include your full name and email address associated with your subscription in the email.
Refunds:

We currently do not offer refunds for subscriptions to Sylph Magazine. This includes:

  •  Cancellations after the deadline for the upcoming billing cycle (1 day prior).
  • Accidental purchases.
  •  Dissatisfaction with content.
Slot Bookings (Cover & Article):

Cancellations: You can cancel your booked cover or article slot up to 1 day prior the booking confirmation deadline. Cancellations received after this deadline  will not be refunded.

Refunds: We  do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 1 day of the booking confirmation deadline, or for:

  • No-shows for booked slots.
  • Dissatisfaction with the final published content (layout, design, etc.).

Please note: This policy applies to all cancellations and refunds for both subscriptions and slot bookings with Sylph Magazine.
